We were originally in the design phase with our client on what their plans were for this project while they were in escrow. Shortly after moving in, a water leak from the unit above expedited the project. The building was old enough that lead and asbestos remediation was required with the water damage restoration. Once the dry-out was completed, we proceeded with the repairs and improvements. We renovated the kitchen which included new custom shaker cabinets and quartz counters. The electrical was upgraded through out to include new dedicated circuits and recessed lighting. New solid-core decorative doors and crown molding were installed. A laundry station was built into the hallway cabinets providing in-unit laundry. The hallway bathroom was renovated with new tile, a pedestal sink, and new fixtures. Engineered wood flooring and high-end carpet were installed through out as well.
