Our client reached out to us wanting to make this project their retirement home and did they do it right! We designed the home based on the lot they had available maximizing the views, access, and space available. We demolished the original structure, graded and compacted the pad and ran new utilities to the home. The home has the best of the best. Zip system sheathing, high efficiency HVAC, metal seamed roof, solid wood doors, hardie siding, custom wood cabinets, high-end appliance, and the craftsmanship to go along with it. The owner also upgraded their water system through out the lot, undergrounded their electrical and telecom feeds, and installed solar and Tesla powerwalls to take them off grid as much as possible. We can think of worse ways to head off into retirement.
