SOLANA BEACH EXTERIOR RENOVATION

This owner was looking for a cleaner, modern look for their newly purchased home. The old windows, doors, and sliders were replaced and properly waterproofed. The complete home, pool house, and front wall was restuccoed with a smooth hand-trowel finish. New landscaping was installed in the front and back to offer more privacy and color once it grew in. Metal and IPE wood gates and fences were installed for a low maintenance solution to the old wood fences they had.
