Our first experience with KSH Construction was Kyle coming into the picture after having a major bathroom remodel disaster from a different builder. Kyle, was honest, knowledgeable and gave us the truth while also provided some amazing suggestions that not only saved us money but allowed us to turn around the major mistakes of the previous builder in a timely manner. The bathroom work from Kyle and his subs came out amazing.
Subsequently we’ve used Kyle for multiple other projects to include a complete remodeling of our master bathroom and the entire redesign and remodel of our front yard. Kyle’s major strength is his ability to understand all aspects of the build, provide those details to the owner with alternatives in a very clear manner, then quote the work while also providing a realistic time frame and following through on all of it to completion. The foundation of any builder, and he does those very well. Kyle is not going to be the least expensive bid you’ll get but we’ve gone down that road before (see bathroom remodel described above Kyle had to fix!) and he’s been worth every penny. In fact, we have 2 more projects we’ll be working with Kyle on in the future.
